Step 1.

There are 60 stands in The Reserve, of which 13 are available in Phase 1, all with varying views of the indigenous coastal forest, wetland or ocean.
Step 2.
Select a Unit Type
Choose from a 3-bedroom unit or a 4-bedroom unit.
Step 3.
Select the Finishes of your Choice
Have fun styling and adding design elements such as pool, courtyards, pergolas and braai areas. You can even go as far as selecting quality finishes for the bathrooms and kitchens.
Step 4.
Review your Choices and Book a Site Visit
Book a Site visit with our Sales Agent and experience the location for yourself. View the show house and familiarise yourself with the options available to you.
And that's how it's done.
